I bought a used truck from autonation and bought the 10 oil changes package. I tried to schedule online but the website only had appointments 2 weeks away so I called and made an appointment. Overall a good experience. Car threw a rod on 12/22/21, engine was on national backorder for three months (not dealer's fault). The first service advisor told me that I had to leave my car there for a month to fix the seatbelt. Jaime actually helped! He told me that he would have to order the part, how long it would take and how l car there for a month to fix the seatbelt. Jaime actually helped!
