your call center said they could not get me in until Monday morning. I dropped my truck off Saturday afternoon and Dave said he could work me in before you close. Service level is bad. It took over a week just go look at my truck. Joshua was ok but I had to text him daily to get any service. The check engine light is still on but they couldn’t come up with anything to fix the issue. The truck jumps and sputters while driving and now the check engine light is on constantly. I drove it today though and the light went off? Crazy for a ‘21 Ford F-150 with 8k miles on it! More
