Went to get an oil change on my Ford vehicle. The service advisor, Dunte Clay, came up to me and helped me with my car. He was rude again and said he wasn’t aware of any and he walked away. Another service advisor ended up helping me. At the end of my car getting serviced, another advisor helped me. I’ve never been treated this way at any Ford Service Centers. I was truly disappointed. Thanks to the other advisors I’m giving this center 3 stars. More

My 2019 F150 failed and needed to be towed to the dealer for repairs. Initially at the time of dropping the vehicle, I was told that it will take 1 day to perform the inspection, then 3 days later the Deale for repairs.
