Service rep was very helpful. When I drove up the entrance was blocked. And everything was dark. The power was out due to an accident . I was checking doors and they appeared to be closed. Waited twice as long as told multiple times. Paid for a Mustang key fob that I was told when ordered by 2 different people was more expensive that a Ford one.
