I had a 10am appointment for a oil change and winter check. Dropped off truck at 10:00 am. After calling dealership at 1:30pm truck wasn’t ready. Picked up truck at 3pm. Service is the slowest I have ever experienced with a dealership. I had an 8:00am appointment for an oil change and I waited on my truck. I did not leave there until 11:30. When the free oil changes are finished I will be using a different dealership. Not sure why I needed an appointment when it took over 3 hours for oil change. No one came out to the vehicle when I arrived I had to go inside and stand around and wait for someone to ask me if they could help me when I was the only one standing in front of 3 service people all ignoring me. The lady who finally acknowledge that I was there was very helpful. More
