I took my truck in for a 20,000 mile service, a hard shifting Transmission, and an annoying rattle in the rearend. Also, after picking up my truck the Oil Monitor indicator was not reset and there wasn't an oil change reminder sticker on the windshield. I sent an email to my service tech but received no reply. I figured out how to reset my Oil monitor but now I'm questioning if the job was even performed. Simple details like these make me question if they have procedures in place to care about $70,000 vehicles. Thinking about taking my truck someone soon to see if they can confirm an oil change was completed. More

Autonation Ford Bellevue service has upfront pricing and does the work correct the first time. The staff is friendly and helpful. It took 4 months to get the TCM replaced, and it was supposed to be covered by warranty. However, it took from mid October to mid December to finally get the rental covered by Ford. I have been trying t supposed to be covered by warranty. However, it took from mid October to mid December to finally get the rental covered by Ford. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the rentals I paid for, but have been completely ignored for the last 5 months by Chad at your dealership. This needs to be addressed and the reimbursement needs to be approved ASAP. Someone needs to contact me and get this issue resolved. More
