Absolutely awful experience after the deal was worked out with Tim. Financing department and sales manager try to force you to use their financing and try and sell you that it is in your best interest. In ou with Tim. Financing department and sales manager try to force you to use their financing and try and sell you that it is in your best interest. In our case it would have required an additional 7k down and .7% interest increase. I've bought cars from all kinds of dealerships, this place is very sleazy and much like a used car lot. They will also pull your credit as many times as they want even when told to only go to the one bank you are already approved for. Absolutely awful experience, I could never recommend this dealership and have made contact with Ford regarding the situation. More

Brought my truck in for recall on airbag and headlight alignment. Obviously no charge for recall work But service agent said that labor was billed at $215.00 / hr and that they charged 1 hours labor for alignment. Obviously no charge for recall work But service agent said that labor was billed at $215.00 / hr and that they charged 1 hours labor for each headlight. Seems exorbitant for a relatively simple procedure, even though I was unable to do it correctly. Fortunately for me I was billed for only 1 hour. As closing time grew near and not having been notified as to status of my truck. I called and became involved in a nightmare. Voice directory picked up the call press 2 for service, then press another number if i want to check status on my vehicle this resulted ibeing directed back to main menu. Did this 4 times with same results. Called Parts Department and asked to be transferred to service . This put me back into main menu again. Gave up just came on down hoping It was done. Finally recieved call about my truck as I approached lot. Haven't been able test out alignment yet. Hoping problem rectifed. More
