After 10 safety recall letters (1 per month) from Ford and my 10 calls to autonation I was told that the massive air bag supply shortage from Takata was over and they had the new airbag in stock. I got an immediate appointment and the air bag was swapped out in about 2 hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable service writer who discussed another problem I was having and special ordered the part I needed to replace. Part arrived the next day. Mechanic plugged a battery into the cigarette lighter prior to disconnecting the battery so my radio presets were not lost. More
