AutoNation Ford Bellevue

The latest email I received asked me to give a review (10 days after sale) and said it was the "final chance" to do so. (Christmas Holidays right now.) While I liked my experience, I've not yet received the vehicle title (I paid cash), and I'm waiting on Ford of Bellevue to reimburse for the agreed-on work I had done locally by another dealer. So, I reckon we've not finished our business as of yet. Seems more than a bit premature to ask for reviews and give me a "final chance" when our business is still outstanding. Gotta go with four stars as I don't know for sure when or if things will work out. That said... Folks I worked with were friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond to questions in person, in email and via text/phone. Seemed to actually care. My experience was more positive than other car dealer interactions I've had before. If our deal was complete and all was finished positively, I'd likely give a glowing 5-star review. Only time will tell. More
