This was the first time I had to go by myself because my husband was recovering from spinal surgery. There was a problem with my appointment which did not help the situation, but a young man named Tyler Bur husband was recovering from spinal surgery. He took care of everything and even came into the waiting room to check on me. I have always appreciated kindness and try to treat others the way I want to be treated, but this young man went beyond my expectations.
