Steve in the service department made my service visit a fantastic experience...again. This is the second time he's taken care of my car (which I bought new from this dealer) in a way which is totally dese fantastic experience...again. Knowing that the EV technician was going to be away the next day and through the weekend, he got my car scheduled into the service department immediately and the problems resolved within 6 hours. Absolutely top notch service - he makes Ford and Autonation look good. More
