These questions do not address the reality of buying a vehicle. They don’t give you a realistic picture of the process. Initial contact with salesperson I rate as 5. Dealings with Finance person I rate a 2. Overall communication with all parties involved after the sale I rate as 1. All keep saying “we want you to be happy” but do absolutely nothing to correct issues or even admit they caused them. I will never visit Auto Nation Bellevue again. More
