Michael was very attentive and was able to expedite part delivery to replace a manufacturing defect so my car was back to like new within a day. Typically taking a car in for recall work is a full day affair without the car, but I was in an out within two hours and then the next day he was able to install the part within 5 minutes and I was on my way. He was very friendly and approachable and I will be sure to schedule with him next time around. More

After waiting 6 months for a part to come in, I was scheduled for an appointment Monday morning. The job should have taken 1-2 days max and when I called Friday they still hadn’t started to work on it scheduled for an appointment Monday morning.
