The staff was very friendly and greeted me when I stepped in the office. They checked the history on my car and told me what needed to be done and what was done last time I was there. Jim was very responsive and went out of his way assuring that my questions were answered and even going out of his way to take additional photos of the vehicle for me, so I could have a better idea of the v that my questions were answered and even going out of his way to take additional photos of the vehicle for me, so I could have a better idea of the vehicle before deciding on whether or not I should make the four hour drive to the dealership. Jim Slaton was easy to work with, and not the high pressure sales person that one would expect. I haven't been to a dealership for about a year, and to see a large dealership like AutoNation Ford hav pressure sales person that one would expect. I haven't been to a dealership for about a year, and to see a large dealership like AutoNation Ford have a very limited number of new Ford vehicles was interesting. None the less, Jim was really helpful and a pleasure to work with. More
