Very poor and actually zero communication. I made an appointment for basic maintenance - oil change, tire rotation, etc. and when I dropped it off in the afternoon I had to ask when it would I made an appointment for basic maintenance - oil change, tire rotation, etc. and when I dropped it off in the afternoon I had to ask when it would be ready to which the answer was "not sure, are you leaving it overnight?" Why would you ask me that? I made an appointment so that I could get this done that day! I ended up leaving the car and did not hear 1 word until I called. At that point they had said they had a large back log and hadn't gotten to it. I ended up going back and picking my car up and taking it to a different place to get the oil changed. Zero communication, zero help. More

I had an appointment at 11:40am for a lab oil change & 2 recalls needed to be done on my new bronco sport. I showed up on time, the guy taking in my car was super nice. I initially marked my appointment as a waiting appointment but the day had changed so I said I was leaving it for a couple of hours & I’d be back in a bit, figure that way they got a little wiggle room if something came up & I didn’t have to sit there for an hour. So 3 1/2 hrs go by & there is no call from the service department, so I call them, surely my car is done OR if they had a problem I would have known by now. That’s when I get the displeasure of dealing with Stevie & his complete cockiness & unprofessionalism. Before I can even finish my sentence to ask what’s up with my car, he cuts me off telling me “they’re taking it now” … NOW? 3 1/2 hrs AFTER my appointment time. I tell him I’ll be back to the dealership in about and hour, I’m then told he’ll call me if it’s ready, sir, no matter what I’ll be there, I need my car & you’ve ample time to get it done or alert me to an issue. He then says “we’ll if it’s ready you can have it” and blows me off. I show up an hour & a half later, & again he cuts me off saying it’s “almost done” I say “almost done as in 10/20/30 minute? And hour” .. he tells me 30 mins. An HOUR later I have to go to him & say “Steve is done yet what’s going on?!” He tells me it’s done and has the audacity to THROW the keys at me on the counter at me. Slam a car coupon on the counter and proceeds to tell me they could only do one recall & the parts for the other recall he doesn’t know when they’ll get or what they call me. Sounds pretty on point for the service Steve provides. FIVE HOURS later my car is ready. Five hours for an oil change & a small recall. Never again will I go to this dealership, what an absolute dick Steve was. I can’t believe he has a job there still. Incredibly rude. More
