The process was smooth. Time spent at dealership longer than we wanted. Process could be faster and smoother. I like it when the dealership put the tire sheen on and that was not done. Would have expected Ford to do a better job in this area. They also never asked to familiarize us with the functions of the car. We had to read the manual. The customer service after the deal was made was less than average. Improvement on making the customer feel valued could use some work. More
