This has been by far the best car buying experience with a Ford dealership! We were looking to buy a new car: we knew what we were looking for, and wanted to get details on rebates and pricing before we wen a Ford dealership! After being frustrated with 2 other dealerships, where any request from us was dealt with as a big favor and slow responses, at this dealership Jeff just turned things rapidly for us. He had the details we needed by email over the weekend, when he was on vacation!!! The next day he had the car ready for us to testdrive: he just gave us the car and told us to try it out. When we got back, he had the paperwork in progress and we bought the car that day. Since it was late by the time we were done with the paperwork and the detailing dept was closed, he came by and dropped the car the next day! All without any hitches, so full points to Jeff here. He went above and beyond in pretty much everything, and I have not seen any person do such a quality job in sales. Small things he did made a big difference for us. He made us stand with the car and took our picture and emailed to us. When we were doing the paperwork, he was chatting with our son in a way that my son loved to interact with him.
