I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership since 2016. The sales experience has been very good. Based on where I live I don’t use it for service very often. In this case I was disappointed in the level of urgency the team put forth to rectify a service issue that rendered the vehicle unusable. I had to have the vehicle towed in and it took almost a week and multiple phone calls to get resolution. I do understand the need for appointments for regular maintenance but this was a situation where I thought they could have stepped up and gotten the vehicle looked at sooner then they did and certainly could have provided more proactive communication. Throughout the process I was made to feel like I was bothering them when I called or stopped in for an update. More
