This was the first time I had to go by myself because my husband was recovering from spinal surgery. There was a problem with my appointment which did not help the situation, but a young man named Tyler Bur husband was recovering from spinal surgery. There was a problem with my appointment which did not help the situation, but a young man named Tyler Burnett quickly changed that into a pleasant experience. He took care of everything and even came into the waiting room to check on me. I have always appreciated kindness and try to treat others the way I want to be treated, but this young man went beyond my expectations. He showed great compassion, humility and a desire to get things right. His kindness will never be forgotten and I hope he is the one to help me each time. Ford Company should be very proud of this employee. More

Steve in the service department made my service visit a fantastic experience...again. This is the second time he's taken care of my car (which I bought new from this dealer) in a way which is totally dese fantastic experience...again. Knowing that the EV technician was going to be away the next day and through the weekend, he got my car scheduled into the service department immediately and the problems resolved within 6 hours.
