Service itself was fine. But, I was waiting for my car. I came for an oil change (and potentially another fix that would have taken longer). My car was ready after about But, I was waiting for my car. I came for an oil change (and potentially another fix that would have taken longer). My car was ready after about an hour. No one came and old me, no updates, not texts, etc. Given the other service would have taken a while, after a few *hours* I went to pester the service guy to see how that was going - only to find out the car was done and just sitting there because they couldn't be bothered to update. When I take my spouse's car to Toyota, I get texts/updates throughout. Ford should really up there came here - the bar is low and it isn't hard to do better (like telling paying customers in your waiting room when their car is done). More

The dealership is pleasant to work with and we have always received good service. Unfortunately the experience have not been good lately, brought the truck for a series of problem that needed to be addressed, and had to call a few times trying to find out why it was taking so long and l brought the truck for a series of problem that needed to be addressed, and had to call a few times trying to find out why it was taking so long and leaving a voice message but no response, after 4 weeks they had the vehicle the called saying it was ready and I came to pick it up and only 1 of the 4 issues was resolved, I said I didn’t want to take it back as I needed the other things to be fixed, and theses problems was confined by the service advisor but they didn’t car to work on it. They kept the truck for another weeks and a half and called me it was ready, came over to pick it up and now only one of the 4 remaining problem was fixed. Unfortunately I think they don’t really care about their customers concerns. Now they had to schedule another day for me to come over to solve the remaining issues, and it drives me to always check if whatever issue I bring the truck in for have really been fixed as I’m not sure if I can trust them. This is sad More
