I took my car in for new tires and new brakes on both axles. Our service advisor, Alecia, was very nice and helpful, quoted us exactly what we needed done and made sure we had no delays or surprises. The folks in the service department let us know the brakes on our 106k mile vehicle were still fine saving us some needless repairs. They also checked out my wife’s car completely and found the battery may soon be leaving us on the side of the road. I went to parts to get one and install myself, and they didn’t feel comfortable selling me the one on the shelf because it was “too old”, so they got me another another one within the hour. It was nice working with people that want to do right by their customers. And the price for the tires and battery were the same or less than the major discount installers and stores. More

Very poor service. It took more than 15 minutes to check me in. At that time there were 5 other people waiting behind me. I was the first to get there. Nobody contact me to inform me if my car was ready. I called late in the afternoon. No one answered the phone in the service department. After 30 minutes, I called the sales department. They placed me on hold for anther 15 minutes. At that time I ended the call without speaking to anyone. At that point I was concerned because I did not have a way to get to the dealership. I kept call for anther extended amount of time untill I was able to speak to a representative. Bd service. The ride home was Reagan. He was very good. The ride from my house to the dealership was someone else. He used to may cuss words. And the driving felt unsafe. More
