Appointment was set back 3 hours due to advisor not communicating properly with technician. Poor communication and organization. When I asked for a ride home I was told no one was available at the time. I only asked for a ride when I figured out it was going to take longer than three hours. More

It used to be that you had a service rep that you would deal with and a phone call was promptly returned. Of late, it's become difficult to reach a 'heart beat' and get an appointment set up and you deal w deal with and a phone call was promptly returned.
