Alicia is the most competent, calm, and clear rep I've dealt with. All have been good. Service is excellent. I had to dump a lot of money on my truck, and there were no extras or sort of's on the list of dealt with. All have been good. Service is excellent. I had to dump a lot of money on my truck, and there were no extras or sort of's on the list of things that needed attention. I really appreciated that. Everything listed was a repair or replacement that needed to happen. When I balked at the price, rather than getting frustrated or short, Alicia slowed down and listened and we talked everything through. I was respected rather than dismissed or blown off. Had an appointment to speak with a service advisor at 9am, arrived 10 min early. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was close to 1pm and after a few phone calls my car wasn’t ready for p 9am, arrived 10 min early. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was close to 1pm and after a few phone calls my car wasn’t ready for pickup. This is the worst place to take my vehicle to an oil change, had I know this was the norm here I would had purchased the oil changes when we purchased our Expedition. Not sure why the executives fix this!! The previous day I walked in and nobody greeted or acted like they cared that a customer was in front of them! More

I have bought over 12 vehicles at AutoNation Chevrolet in Corpus Christi Texas. The parts department is very rude there’s an older man there who completely treated me like I was an idiot and did not have any Corpus Christi Texas.
