Simple oil change took all day, even with an appointment. Left vehicle at dealership over the weekend for a 9am Monday morning appointment to repair 2 minor issues, under warranty. It took over 2 weeks to repair a wheel bearing. My service advisor did not keep me updated at all, I had to call over and over and over.
