Overall the service was ok, In my opinion this dealership spends more effort selling vehicles and less effort on the service side. When I dropped the vehicle office to perform a factory recall I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for someone to look at the vehicle. New to Auto Nation. The service advisor at this dealership said they no longer provide loaner cars, and it could be up to 2 hours before the shuttle was available to drop off. One of there employees told me " If you need to be some where on time call an Uber" Ultimately dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday afternoon and picked it up the following Tuesday. More

They correctly diagnosed my car. Communication was okay, but not stellar. They also claimed they should charge two diagnostic fees when I picked it up, but that they would help me ou Communication was okay, but not stellar. Because of that that they said to “just fill out the review when I get it” like that is how I could knock off a diagnostic fee, when it seemed very strange that you could be charged two at all.
