Felt stranded in Frisco. My normal dealership for my needs is in Dallas. Relieved to find out AutoNation Ford Frisco was only 5 minutes away. Joshua McCaffrey Service Advisor greeted me with a smile. My stress level was immediately lowered. Explained my problem, he was very patient and understanding while I decided what to do. I asked him if the part needs to be replaced how much? He looked up the replacement cost for me just in case. I asked him to write up the ticket and he said let's just see what they find. While only waiting a very sort time he said "Let me go and see how things are going". He came back with his smile and told me what they found and that it was fixed. AutoNation should be blessed to have Joshua as a Service Advisor. His compassion, understanding, empathy is a character trait very rare these days. Autonation is amazing! We were from out of town and had to get back on the road. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem, and we were on our way. Lori has Top Notch customer service and is an excellent communicator. She got all my maintenance taken care of, she suggested wiper blades which I had forgotten about and needed. I took advantage of the de communicator. She got all my maintenance taken care of, she suggested wiper blades which I had forgotten about and needed. I took advantage of the deluxe wash which was cheaper than my regular car wash and did a better job. She even dropped off my car to my doorstep free of charge. I'm definitely going to come back to this location! Thank you. More
