The Service I received from the dealership was amazing! They picked up my vehicle from my home and dropped off a loaner. They took my vehicle back to the dealership did the oil change and tire rotation. Th They picked up my vehicle from my home and dropped off a loaner. They took my vehicle back to the dealership did the oil change and tire rotation. Then when everything was finished they brought back my vehicle and picked up the loaner. This was all completed in a day! I definitely recommend any one to buy or service their vehicle at AutoNation Ford Frisco! More
Gage @AutoNation Frisco greeted me at the door, when the designated clerk wasn’t ready to help me, (which is the norm here), he took over & got me right in line & came over later to update me. We have two Ford vehicles purchased from AutoNation and when they need service I always try to work with the same service advisor, Obirora "Obi" Ezeh. He knows I plan to keep my F-150 for many more years when they need service I always try to work with the same service advisor, Obirora "Obi" Ezeh. He knows I plan to keep my F-150 for many more years and that I'm really big on preventative maintenance. I like the fact that he does a thorough review of the previous work done and gives me common sense advice while frequently turning down some of the the computer's recommendations. Most recently, my Motocraft battery failed a CCA test but Obi noted it had been installed during my previous visit and authorized a new replacement without question or prorating it. Also, I thought my brake pads would need to be replaced and was expecting to have it done but he noted the pad thickness was still good and said it didn't need to be done yet. More
