This latest service visit was 1000% better than last visits. The staff greeted you AT the car and was friendly and helpful instead of inconvenienced by your presence. The desks and reps were organized visits. The staff greeted you AT the car and was friendly and helpful instead of inconvenienced by your presence. The desks and reps were organized and prepared; the runners to move cars kept the drop off clear and worked quickly to make sure you didn't wait at pickup either. The repair bay was clean and organized when you looked in and it showed in it's effectiveness as basic services took hours when previously it took DAYS (yes, DAYS.... for an OIL CHANGE/fluid check). I'm glad of the improvements made and look forward to future encounters before I give them the full 5 stars again. More
