Worst customer service experience of my life. Ford service towed my vehicle to this location on a Sunday, I had to call on a Wednesday to figure out why I hadn’t heard from anyone. “Ryan” advised Ford service towed my vehicle to this location on a Sunday, I had to call on a Wednesday to figure out why I hadn’t heard from anyone. “Ryan” advised me they didn’t have my vehicle on their lot and it would be my responsibility to call the tow company and figure it out. Even though the ford pass app showed the truck parked on their lot. Then when I asked about loaners, I was rudely advised “your contract is with ford, I’m an autonation employee which means I don’t owe you anything. You need to call ford who your contact is through.” Took two weeks to hear anything when I had to call ford direct to speak with a supervisor. When I finally went to pick up the truck, the gentleman tried to act like it wasnt his fault and passed the blame to everyone else instead of just apologizing and saying they appreciated my business. Do your absolute best to avoid doing business here. More
