Nick Nicholson went above and beyond. My service advisor Lori did not update me as to the status of my vehicle. She didn’t speak with technicians, and I repeatedly had to call to check on My service advisor Lori did not update me as to the status of my vehicle. I contacted Nick, and he drove my car to my office as a part needed to be ordered. He then updated me as to when the parts arrived. The day of my repair, he picked up my car from the office, gave me a loaner and then returned my car once the repair was finished. He did say Lori was new. While I understand that, she should have gotten a fellow advisor invoked or spoke with a manager. I shouldn’t have to call her supervisor because of the lack of customer service. I appreciate what Nick did as he truly tried to make this right. More

Had vehicle in for state inspection & turns out the vehicle computer & state inspection machine we’re not calibrated for my 2020 Ford Escape. So it took about 2 hrs to get it programmed & inspected.
