We were very pleased with the customer service we received for the recall service on my wife's car. Although the Explorer was purchased at another dealer, we choose to continue to use this dealership received for the recall service on my wife's car. Although the Explorer was purchased at another dealer, we choose to continue to use this dealership for service to that vehicle and the Ranger we purchased at the Frisco dealership. More

1st of all I want to acknowledge Nick Nicholson Director of Operations/Service! He was instrumental in why this review is 5 Stars instead of a Negative 10 Stars. Our experience initially with Frisco Auto N of Operations/Service! He was instrumental in why this review is 5 Stars instead of a Negative 10 Stars. Our experience initially with Frisco Auto Nation was horrible to say the least. I won’t go into great detail about that, but my husband initially took his 2022 F150 Platinum in because of a Factory Warranty Recall & Oil Change. David dropped off his Truck February 18th, truck stayed at Dealership 3 weeks with No Communication from anyone at the Service Department. . . NON! We called several time and actually dropped by Service Department to followup and were told the part was on backorder and we could expect his truck to be there 45-60 days 😳😩. ETA Arrival of Part kept changing. . . Moving out longer. I spoke with Travis who was at that time “Service Manager”. Forget him, he was useless, which explains the reason for a Poor Service Department Response/Communication. After so many calls to Dealership I had HAD ENOUGH. You’ve heard the saying “Hail has No Fury like a Scorned Woman” well I wasn’t Scorned but Mad has hail! it is now May 24th (3months) of this crap and so I asked to speak to the head of Auto Nations Ford Frisco (left my message with Receptionist!). Really expecting nothing back!!! To My Surprise! Nick Nicholson called me back that same day in the late evening! Needless to say he got an ear full but he completely listened to our experiences and said he had been on the job 7 days and to give him a little time to get this made right. He assured me he would get to the bottom of this situation. He called back next day and said he was working on our situation with the truck and he would get this done. Now the Positive Ending to my Story! Nick TxT me on June 7th and said my husband’s truck was Fixed and ready for pick-up! Less than 10 days from my contacting Nick; my husband’s truck was ready! I can’t say enough about Nick Nicholson! He said to make sure we asked for him because he wanted to meet me and my husband when we are to pick-up our truck. Auto Nations Ford Frisco has a Great Asset in Nick. Thank You Nick Nicholson for everything. Your the Reason for for 5 Stars and I would give 10 Stars if possible! Ford Auto Nations Frisco . . . Nick is a keeper! He has done much more than just get our truck fixed but has made significant improvements/changes to the Service Department. Thanks Nick!!! More
Was having problem making a reservation for a state inspection. I stopped by Bankston ford on Saturday and explained the situation to “Nick” service manager and he stopped everything he was doing, took inspection. He exceeded my expectations and took care of my inspection! Great customer service!!! More

Took my truck for servicing, needed repair. While there was a wait time, it got fixed and truck runs like a clockwork now. This was a repair visit for both ford vehicles Jena our service rep was outstanding in her expeditious and courteous manner of our issues and coordinated the repair of both in one morning.
