Services always does their best to accommodate my tight availability schedule, which is greatly appreciated! No communication like promised, I had to call several time and to check on my truck that was there 10 days with only one thing addressed. When I finally got fed up and went to get my truck they got insp time and to check on my truck that was there 10 days with only one thing addressed. When I came back the part was there but had to put the old part back in due to the Ford computers were down. Jena was good and did communicate but all other stuff was out of her control. More

I have a service package and was getting a routine service performed. I reported a brake issue at time of drop off and suspected i needed brake pads. Service advisor stated he would call this morning service performed. I reported a brake issue at time of drop off and suspected i needed brake pads. I had to call and check status myself that afternoon, and then was told i did in fact need brakes it would be completed at the end of the day. I went for pick up after work and then told it was gonna be close of business atleast at 9pm. More

I had a great experience at this dealership and this was my very first time there. I came in for one service and left out with a lot more than I expected…but was much needed and I appreciated that. My experiences with AutoNation Ford Frisco have been awesome. The rep was friendly, honest and very professional. Service took longer than I thought, 3 hours vs an estimated 1.5 to 2 hours. Apart from that the Service Advisor was professional and courteous. Only complaint really is that we use this facility fou estimated 1.5 to 2 hours. Apart from that the Service Advisor was professional and courteous.
