I brought my truck in for a differential repair and had an appointment on Friday morning. I was told it would be looked at by the end of the day. I didn't receive a call back that day (or any day). When I reached out Monday morning, they had no idea if anyone had looked at it. This happened for three more days. I eventually had to come pick up the truck five work days from when I brought it in and they never even brought it in the shop to diagnose the issue. More

Took my F150 in for service with a leak in coolant system. Estimated 6 hours labor. Took eight days to get vehicle back. My appointment was on time and they did a good job. My only complaint is that it took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Anywhere else the same service would be about 30-45 minutes tops.
