AutoNation Ford Frisco - Service Center

After my first oil maintenance went completely wrong. (the technician failed to properly put the Oil Dip Stick back and cause the oil to go all over the top of the engine and our garage). We call and spo (the technician failed to properly put the Oil Dip Stick back and cause the oil to go all over the top of the engine and our garage). We call and spoke with the Service Manager Brandon and made him aware of the situation. All he had to offer was to top off the Engine Oil. Why not do a new oil change to make sure the engine has the proper oil levels and clean the oil on the engine. He basically just wanted to patch their mistake instead on showing us he cared about our vehicle and taking the extra step to fix their mistake. Very disappointed with the manger and of course I will have to pay again to have another oil change done properly! I do not recommended anyone to take their vehicle their for service! More

Ricky was extremely helpful, informative and I think honest. Mechanic did not remove service (yellow) tracker, reset oil life meter, and especially did not replace Next Oil Change window sticker, and honest. I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt like I was put out and was on the back burner when my Expedition failed on me. I purchased my Expedition El from Autonation Frisco in December 2020. This was my big out and was on the back burner when my Expedition failed on me. I purchased my Expedition El from Autonation Frisco in December 2020. This was my big adult purchase at 27 buying a late model expedition for my family and I purchased all the warranties available. Sure I’ve had to use the wheel and tire package a couple of time which has paid for itself, but when my vehicle started smoking at a traffic light I thought I was lucky that I was 3 min from the dealership. I was wrong… 7 days to just see the vehicle is not acceptable, I was in a bind so I left it, next day I have to get it towed to a GoodYear and they have me up and running in 3 days. I will never return to this dealership for any reason, luckily I did purchase Autonation warranty but had to pay and additional $300 because it was not an Autonation facility. I get we are in different times but 7 days is not acceptable… all they guys at the service desk were nice but was dissatisfied when they could find my keys for over 20 min. More
