Service guy was very nice. However the job the fix on the roof racks is a JOKE!! There is still a gap and it does not look clean. Ford should of given the option for roof rack delete. Took the dealer 7 days to look at my truck. No response from the service department. I called and left countless voicemails. Crickets. When I did get my truck back it was dirty. as far as i can tell the work/service done on the car was good but the communication between the service advisor T. Doyle was terrible. I would use the dealership again as long as i could use a different service advisor. 2 weeks leading up to the appointment i started trying to communicate with him regarding a rental car and never got a response. when i got to the dealership to check iin i questioned him about the rental car and he told me it would be that afternoon...again nothing.
