I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire alightment/rotation. The process to check in was very simple and there was no line at 9am. I opted for the shuttle service via Lyft but there was an alightment/rotation. The process to check in was very simple and there was no line at 9am. I opted for the shuttle service via Lyft but there was an issue with phone numbers so I wasn't matched with my driver until after waiting 45 minutes, but it was smooth from then on. Carina called me when the services were complete and helped me apply my Ford points to the invoice. She also helped valet deliver my car to my home and provided me receipt upon arrival. It's my second time with the service department and I intend to come back again for my future maintenance. More

Everyone at the service counter was friendly and professional. My car was ready before promised which was wonderful. The Ford service department staff were amazing. They were all very friendly and inviting. When servicing my car they were informative and gave me updates throughout the entire process. The customer service experience at this dealership is underwhelming. You can stand at the service desk waiting and be ignored by multiple employees busy looking at their cell phones, not talking to anyon underwhelming. Had my truck served Oct 11 10/ 23 I had no battery to start truck. I called AAA CA and had a Lock out service and paid for two batteries. Not to happy your service dept.
