AutoNation Ford Katy - Service Center

My wife and I purchased a new Explorer in 2018 and purchased the oil changes at that time. My wife does not drive much and the vehicle only has 30K miles on it. When I went in to have her oil change purchased the oil changes at that time. My wife does not drive much and the vehicle only has 30K miles on it. When I went in to have her oil changed on Saturday November 2, 2024 I was told the oil changes had expired in December 2023. I purchased these oil changes so they should never expire. The service tech said that how it was and that I would have to discuss this with the finance manager. He also told me that an oil change would cost me $120 if I wanted it done. Needless to say I told him no. I will be contacting the finance manager and whomever is in change of the dealership. This is horrible customer service. More

I experienced poor communication from the service dept. No call to advise when vehicle was ready. Two messages left and no return calls. Had a good experience at AutoNation Ford with service to my truck. Just recently bought a new truck and need some things fixed on it. Randall took care of me. Waited 1 hour for express oil change! Then was told after waiting a hour that they didn’t have oil filter needed for my car. This was my 2nd attempt to get oil changed.
