My whole experience has been amazing with FORD. My service writer Kadeem Clarke is very knowledgeable and courteous. His customer service skills and response time is very good. He should be given an early Christmas bonus. Again at this time I have 3 Ford trucks and if I am blessed I will get another. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to shop/service their cars at Ford. Kadeem Clarke is an asset to your company and should be recognized for his contributions
