Purchased my vehicle at this location one year ago. Went for an oil change 6 months after that and I was told I needed all new tires and brakes! The service clerk asked me where did I purchase the car Went for an oil change 6 months after that and I was told I needed all new tires and brakes! The service clerk asked me where did I purchase the car and I told him that I purchased it at this location!!! 6 months after purchasing the car now I need new tires and brakes, unbelievable!!!He handed a quote for $2500.00 and nothing was covered by my warranty! Took it to Tire kingdom and they did the same work for $1000 less! Then this past week 7 hour oil change! Dropped it off at 8 with a appointment and it wasn’t done till 3:00.
