I did appointment for recall on Friday for Tuesday and I ask how long it takes to fix the car and they said 2 hours. Nobody checked the car they just asked me where I parked the car. I drove away with my husband . After 5 minutes they texted me to come back to get my car because they don’t have the parts they have to orderI called the manager and I explained to him how they are wasting my time and my husband time driving with both cars for nothing. I told him the way they treat me is not right.He apologized but it feel like just don’t mean. I told him I am very disappointed and I am not coming back . He just answered fine. More
