I purchased my car at AutoNation Ford Margate and the dealership/service is approximately 45 minutes from where I live. I trust ANFM to give me the honest story about what my service visit is about and what is needed for the car. I've had different Service Advisors at ANFM and on this visit I was assigned to Jeff Balaban. Jeff checked me in and told me how long it would take to get the work completed. I do appreciate the new text communication system and think it works for customers. Jeff also answered my call or called me back within a few minutes. When I went to pick up my car all the work was completed. Jeff also helped me with a warranty issue and got the claim approved. Criticism is minimal, however, it would be that ANFM had to keep my car for 2 nights, which was a little inconvenient. Other criticism would be that the tires were not all inflated to the same psi. To leave the car I had to take and pay for an Uber back to Hollywood. I understand the 5 mile rule, but maybe somehow a small discount can be given to service customers outside the area towards their rideshare, if needed. The bottom line is that Jeff telling me the exact story and time line, even if it was longer then I thought it would be, was VERY much appreciated. Thank you to ANFM. I will continue to service the car at ANFM. More

Had an airbag recall done on my car. I had to reschedule at the last minute. Without missing a beat, Myron took care of it. He let me know that it would take several hours and offered I had to reschedule at the last minute. Without missing a beat, Myron took care of it. He let me know that it would take several hours and offered me a curtesy ride home. I chose to stay. He came by several times to give me the status. In addition, my rear bumper needed some clips. Myron offered to find them and put them on the car. I paid for the clips and now have a bumper without tap. The only negative comment is the TV wasn't working (no internet). When you have to spend anytime waiting for your car, it would be nice to be able to watch some TV. Get the internet connection fixed. I have always found Autonation Margate, helpful, efficient, and trust the job they do. More
