Bought car there all services done there and Great but not last time! July horrible experience towed car in Shomari advised that I was moving and car broke down on hwy had to pay for towing. They had it 4 not last time! July horrible experience towed car in Shomari advised that I was moving and car broke down on hwy had to pay for towing. They had it 4 days without reaching out to Me. I blame Shomari as Service advisor he was point if contact left messages, emails, called 20 times had to get crazy upset to get attention. Supervisor's Geovanni and Matthew calmed me down I was livid. I worked for Ford Hollywood Fla in 80s and 35 more years at dealerships in Florida and Virginia and Maryland. Henry Ford would roll in grave over this kind of customer service? Car died with 50k miles 2014 Ford Edge love My Ruby Car. Sad about it. Dealership wanted over 1 thousand to "breakdown" vehicle only needed diagnosis from Diag machine. 2 other shops told me they did not need to tear car down to see cracked block code on Diag machine smh. Lost Me as a customer for good! Sorry but you guys failed this time! In my day Customer came first! JS More
