Brought car in for a recall. Intake was handled promptly. Safety check suggested I buy two new tires (they are needed) - but absolutely no pressure. Intake was handled promptly. Safety check suggested I buy two new tires (they are needed) - but absolutely no pressure. More
Always professional knowledgeable and never feel “hustled” by this dealership. I have both purchased and also use the service department and highly recommend them 😍 “hustled” by this dealership. I have both purchased and also use the service department and highly recommend them 😍 More
Brought our vehicle in and was quoted $1600 for the 2 minor repairs, so paid the $179.00/inspection fee and took across the street to local mechanic who did the job for $421.00. Seems like gouging. minor repairs, so paid the $179.00/inspection fee and took across the street to local mechanic who did the job for $421.00. Seems like gouging. More
Jeffery in the service department has been exceptional with assisting my wife and I correcting issues with our 2015 Escape! The last visit for our AC problem, not only did they correct the problem, but no with assisting my wife and I correcting issues with our 2015 Escape! The last visit for our AC problem, not only did they correct the problem, but noticed a check engine light on. They diagnosed the problem, determined it was covered by my warranty, notified me, and corrected the problem promptly! Communication was above and beyond!! More
I had a problem with my battery the day prior. AAA checked it and advised that I needed a new battery. I also had another issue and decided to take it to Ford and asked that they change the batter AAA checked it and advised that I needed a new battery. I also had another issue and decided to take it to Ford and asked that they change the battery and check the COWL since I heard a noise. The tech advised that there would be a $179 check fee. No problem. I was then advised that they checked the battery and confirmed that I needed a new battery. I already knew that. But also that it would be $179 again to check the cowl. I advised that I didn't need the battery checked because I already knew that was an issue and to only change it. After the back and forth, I ended up paying $350 for a battery and the cowl was not checked or fixed - which defeated the purpose of me taking it to a Ford dealership. Issue: I already knew the battery was a problem - only asked that it be changed. Issue: Asked to check cowl for another fee. The fee should have been used to check the COWL, not the battery. I already knew that it needed to be changed. Not pleased. I will not take my Explorer to a Ford dealership again because it was all about the money and not fixing my problem. More
