I always go to margate autonation ford for my maintenance and oil change. Service rep David Silva was great and answered all my questions honestly and gave good advice. Professional and friendly. They didn’t address the issue, instead they found another one. My car air conditioner still makes a super loud noise that they claim not to hear. It was originally fixed and is still under warranty. Received service on time, with respect, got ride home to wait for job to complete. The service agent explained in detail the amount of time needed to complete recall criteria. Long wait for oil change and tire rotation booked early and when I arrived I was told the technicians don’t arrive until an hour after my scheduled service time on a weekend!! Staff were friendly enough bu and when I arrived I was told the technicians don’t arrive until an hour after my scheduled service time on a weekend!! Staff were friendly enough but I ended up taking the van home with a TPMS light on as my truck is a Nissan and the dealership are Ford and they told me they didn’t have the correct reset tool!! More
