Whole new crew of people in service that seem to understand what customer service means. Very refreshing. Sales staff (especially Michelle De Nyse) are great as they always have been. I have bought a few Ford's from AN and stopped using their service as it was going down hill a few years back. Last straw was when they charged me full labor for each procedure to replace the serpentine belt AND the tensioner for it. You have to remove the belt to replace the tensioner. My brother in law who owns a repair shop in another state said that was just wrong and dishonest. When I asked the previous manager about it he just said nothing he could do. Now it appears to be the way it used to be, honest and reasonable. More

took my car in for an oil change and to have my front brakes checked-It took you guys until 2 in the afternoon to tell me that you Would'nt have the brake pads replaced on the front of my car until the n brakes checked-It took you guys until 2 in the afternoon to tell me that you Would'nt have the brake pads replaced on the front of my car until the next day! I had to demand a supervisor for an explanation for the Slow services! No loaner car for over night,your people Did,nt even offer 1 !!!!!
