AutoNation Ford Margate - Service Center

Was quoted a prorated price to replace my tires (rated 65000, only had 35000 on them) agreed to price and when I arrived to pickup my vehicle was handed a bill that was higher than agreed upon. My service rep had gone home and the rep helping me only had info that was there. Thankfully I had the price in a text and they honored it. This is not the 1st time I've had an issue with their service dept. Poorly managed, poorly run with constant upselling. I will not ever use them again. I'm sorry I purchased the car at AutoNation. They are corporate driven, not customer driven. Other dealerships provide transportation home/work, but not AutoNation. Your on your own More
