Had to bring in car for phone reconnection due to new iPhone. My service lady Breanna was outstanding and remembered my name from a prior visit a few days before. I was not feeling well due to chemothe iPhone. My service lady Breanna was outstanding and remembered my name from a prior visit a few days before. I was not feeling well due to chemotherapy and she immediately had me sit at a table and brought all the paperwork for me to sign. She was extremely helpful and got me on my way within a few minutes. She is exceptional! Also I was originally quoted a price of $250, then reduced to $179, and when I got the bill is was FREE!!!!! More

Dropped a car off on a Saturday for a tire repair. Didn’t hear a word. I called and left voicemail with my service advisor on Monday still no call back.
