Recently, I have not been pleased with the work on car. My appointment was for 7am, first person. A simple oil change and 20,000 mileage check. I did not leave until 10am. Excuses. My last visit I was 3.5 hours wait for an oil change. I suspect that I have a paid contract so I am getting pushed aside for other customers. Big mistake getting pre paid contract. Dropped my truck off at 10 am for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade replacement, and wheel alignment. Called several times during the day for an update and never received a reply. I showed up at the dealership at 6 pm to find out they haven’t done anything to the truck. My service advisor was Brandon and I would suggest some communication training. After Brandon told me they haven’t started on the truck, he disappeared not to be seen again that night. Service advisor Kadeem stepped up to the plate and got things done. They were able to accomplish the oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade replacement, but not the wheel alignment. Thanks to Kadeem for providing great customer service and if I decide to return to AutoNation Ford Margate, I will be sure to request Kadeem as my service advisor. More
