The service advisor was great. The rest of the experience was lacking. I made an appointment on the website for 7:00 am and was assigned an advisor that starts work at 8:00 am. Ultimately someone with more experience recognized I was waiting for an adviser that wasn’t expected and about 7:30 started working with me. I waited for the routine maintenance to be done. The 2001 Ford Aerostar towed in for service is my wheelchair van. Even though it needed parts ordered for service, the Service Writer Shomari was excellent in keeping me informed on the status, had t wheelchair van.
