Dropped my truck off at the night drop 8/31/22 for a 7:30 AM appt 9/1/22. Left a detailed letter about my issue needing repairs. Asked them to contact me if parts needed order due to shortages and did not ge AM appt 9/1/22. Left a detailed letter about my issue needing repairs. Asked them to contact me if parts needed order due to shortages and did not get a call. I called at 3:30 PM to find out they determined it was an audio module that failed. Was told they could have the part by 9/3/22. I told them I needed my truck back for Friday evening as we are in the height of camping season. They said I could come and pick up my truck and they would order the part. Went to pick up my truck, my wife and I stood in front of the service rep and scheduled a follow up appointment for 2 wks and was told they would get the parts and have them ready. Dropped my truck off again the night before on 9/14/22 for another 7:30AM appt on 9/15/22 and at 8:00 AM on 9/15/22 got a call from a service rep saying I wasn’t on the schedule and they don’t have any parts ordered for me. I told them I scheduled in person when I picked up my truck last time. I again went and picked up my truck NOT FIXED and was told they would contact me when my parts were in. At that time I was told my parts had SHIPPED. Here it is 9/26/22 no call, no parts, truck still not fixed. Very frustrating and inconvenient for myself and the people that I have had to get multiple rides to/from the dealership. More
AJ was excellent in helping me out looking for a vehicle for 3 days the test drives of 4 of them, plus the overnight of trying the vehicle and the paperwork work definitely faster than the last time a boug for 3 days the test drives of 4 of them, plus the overnight of trying the vehicle and the paperwork work definitely faster than the last time a bought a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend AutoNation to purchase and vehicle and AJ for a salesperson GoodJob AJ keep up the good work!! More

Mandy in Service did a fantastic job of keeping me updated on backordered parts and when work would be completed. She was always available when I called and would call me to just let me know I hadn't updated on backordered parts and when work would be completed. She was always available when I called and would call me to just let me know I hadn't been forgotten. (Ford took 3 months to get my transmission parts.) If, rather - when you need major service on your Ford, let Mandy help you out. She's a gem! I've purchased 4 brand new vehicles in the past 6 years from Ford and should not have had the major component problems I have had to this point. Needless to say, no more new Fords for this family. My hard earned money will not be lost on another new Ford. Glad I bought the extended warranty. More
